These terms apply to bookings for the High Performance Meets AI live executive workshop and other paid workshops provided by Rituals for Performance. By booking or holding a place, you agree to these terms.
Your place is confirmed once payment has been received in full. Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Where a booking is made on behalf of an organisation, the person making the booking confirms that they are authorised to do so.
We want you to book with confidence. If you change your mind within 14 days of making payment, you may request a full refund of the course fee.
Refund requests must be made in writing within the 14-day period.
If the workshop takes place within 14 days of your booking and you choose to attend, the commercial 14-day money-back guarantee ends once the workshop has begun.
This guarantee is offered in addition to any statutory rights that may apply to you.
Where a free hold option is offered, your place may be reserved for up to 7 days without payment. A held place is not fully confirmed until payment is received.
If payment is not received within the hold period, the place may be released.
After the 14-day money-back guarantee has expired, workshop fees are non-refundable unless we cancel the workshop.
If you are unable to attend, you may contact us to request that your place is transferred to another suitable participant from your organisation. Any transfer is subject to our approval and must be arranged before the workshop.
We may occasionally need to change the workshop date, format, facilitator or other reasonable details.
If we cancel the workshop and do not offer a suitable alternative date, you will receive a full refund of the course fee paid.
If we reschedule the workshop and you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund or transfer your place to a future equivalent workshop, where available.
We are not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel, accommodation or other expenses.
This is a live, facilitated workshop. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable laptop or desktop computer, internet connection and access to the required AI account or software communicated before the session.
You should follow any joining instructions and pre-work provided in advance.
The workshop may use third-party AI tools, including Claude. You are responsible for your own account, subscription and compliance with your organisation’s policies regarding the use of AI tools and confidential information.
We do not control the availability, performance, features or terms of third-party platforms.
You should not upload, share or disclose confidential, commercially sensitive, personal or regulated information during the workshop unless you are authorised to do so.
Where appropriate, use anonymised or non-sensitive examples.
Your booking includes a licence to use the Communication Clarity ritual product provided as part of the workshop.
The product, frameworks, materials, ritual content and associated intellectual property remain the property of Rituals for Performance unless expressly stated otherwise.
Your licence allows you to use the product for your own professional use and, where stated, within your immediate team or organisation.
You may not resell, reproduce, distribute, publish, sublicense or commercially exploit the materials without our written permission.
All workshop content, frameworks, exercises, templates, rituals and course materials are protected by intellectual property rights.
Participation in the workshop does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
You may use the materials for your own internal professional development and leadership practice, subject to any specific licence terms provided.
The workshop may involve group discussion, peer exercises and the sharing of leadership experiences.
Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of other attendees and not disclose personal or commercially sensitive information shared during the session without permission.
Where provided, access to the workshop WhatsApp Business community is intended to support communication, peer learning and networking before, during and after the workshop.
Participation is optional. Members are expected to communicate respectfully and not share another participant’s information outside the group without permission.
We may remove participants from the community where necessary to protect the group or maintain appropriate standards.
The workshop is designed to support leadership capability, thinking, communication and the practical use of AI.
We do not guarantee a specific business, financial, career or performance outcome.
We may make reasonable changes to the workshop content, exercises or delivery where we believe this improves the learning experience or is necessary due to changes in technology or third-party tools.

These terms are intended to set out the commercial arrangements for the workshop clearly. They do not limit any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
