I found today really enjoyable. Having a space where everyone has a voice and is heard, is really refreshing and really lovely, because there's a lot of great expertise in the room. And yeah, really great to apply some of these strategies to the things that are coming up for us imminently.

It was a great workshop to be able to think through your workplace challenges and showing how it your workplace doesn’t need. A complete overhaul but these rituals can be incorporated easily in your day to day to improve performance

The workshop has been very useful to gather and focus issues in a solution oriented way. It really helped get to the nub of various concerns and find manageable ways to address them.
The session was really interesting and well structured. It was interactive and supportive and good that we had room to voice issues that may not have even been particular present daily but were definite issues across the board. Good to not only bring issues forward but actively thinking and putting forward solutions.
We were all really impressed with what Nick and the coaches achieved with just a single day of co-creation. Insights were gathered and mapped into practical and useful assets and the co-created tool kit that was produced from the collective group was a great synthesise of the coaches value and a very smart solution that mitigated some of the heavy technical barriers of leading with a technical solution.
Based on the feedback and the potential we see with the Rituals for Performance approach we will continue to engage with them to help us achieve our goals.
The Team Rituals session was very purposeful, and teams were given autonomy to define and respond to the issues in the most useful way. Rituals felt manageably scaled, while issues too large for rituals still felt acknowledged. The process felt very transparent at all levels and thankfully free from any hollow corporate rhetoric.
It was lovely to feel like my voice was being heard and like I have an ability to ensure my job and my colleagues jobs where we spend a lot of our time are enjoyable and that we are valuable.
