AI Strategy · Organisational Transformation
Meet Ailin. The AI strategist making transformation practical.
Helping leadership teams turn AI from uncertainty into strategic advantage.

AI Strategy & Organisational Transformation
Helping leadership teams understand what AI means for their organisation, where the value is, and what to do next.
Ailin works with CEOs and leadership teams to turn AI from a technology conversation into a strategic one.
She helps leaders identify where AI can create meaningful business value, prioritise the opportunities that matter most, and build a practical path from experimentation to execution.
Her approach starts with the business, not the technology.
Before recommending another AI tool or launching another experiment, Ailin helps leadership teams understand their strategic priorities, how work actually gets done, where knowledge and information live, and where their people spend time. From there, she helps identify where AI can genuinely change the way the organisation operates.
Because having access to AI does not make an organisation AI-ready.
The organisations that benefit most will be the ones that know where AI can create value, have the capabilities to capture that value, and know how to lead their people through the change.
That is where Ailin’s work sits: at the intersection of AI strategy, organisational readiness and practical execution.
AI Strategy
Helping leadership teams identify the highest-value AI opportunities, make strategic choices, and create a clear path from experimentation to action.Organisational Readiness
Strengthening the leadership, knowledge, processes and people needed to make AI adoption sustainable.AI Execution
Turning strategy into practical AI capabilities, workflows, agents and systems that solve real business problems.Purpose · The story behind the work
This is why I do what I do.
I didn’t get into AI because I was fascinated by technology.
I got into it because I became fascinated by what happens when technology changes faster than organisations can adapt.
I’ve spent much of my career working at the intersection of business, technology and people. Again and again, I saw the same problem: organisations would introduce new technology, but the way people worked, shared knowledge, made decisions and collaborated often stayed exactly the same.
AI makes that gap impossible to ignore.
For the first time, we have technology that can participate in knowledge work itself. It can reason, create, analyse, automate and increasingly act on our behalf.
But having access to AI doesn’t make an organisation AI-ready.
The real challenge for leaders is not figuring out which AI tools to buy.
It is understanding what AI changes for their business, where it creates the most value, what needs to change inside the organisation, and how to lead that change.
That is the work I care about.
I want to help leaders look beyond the next AI tool and ask a more important question:
What could our organisation become if we redesigned the way we work around what humans do best and what AI can now do for us?
That starts with strategy.
It means identifying the opportunities that actually matter rather than chasing everything AI makes possible.
It means making the organisation ready to capture the value, not simply creating an AI roadmap that sits in a presentation.
And it means turning the strategy into practical systems and ways of working that people can understand, adopt and improve.
Because I don’t believe the future belongs to organisations that simply use more AI.
I believe it belongs to organisations that learn how to work differently because of it.
My purpose is simple:
Help leadership teams make the right AI choices today so their organisations are ready for what comes next.
