ALA is a 6‑week, evidence‑backed leadership environment designed to move real behaviour forward, not a course to sit through.

We run ALA in pods with 6 individual to leaders to ensure proximity, challenge and real accountability.

This constraint is intentional, we go deep and very hands on so it protects the quality of the work and the outcomes leaders expect.
