The reason we run our Adaptive Leadership Pods with 6 individual leaders is to ensure we can focus, work through your challenges and support you with real accountability.

We remain very hands on throughout to protect the quality of our work together and the outcomes you as leaders expect.

Duration: 6 weeks

Next intake: Starts March 2nd. You can book your 4 x 1-1 sessions anytime in the 6 weeks following to April 10th. The 2 group sessions times will be agreed with the 6 leaders.

Time commitment from you: 6 hours for your live 1-1 and group coaching sessions (virtual)

What is the investment required?

The cost of our Adaptive Leadership Acclerator 6 week programme is £1950 (+VAT) per person.

Early Bird Cohort Pricing:
We are giving 6 leaders the opportunity to join our March Pod and get this programme for £1250(+VAT) per person if you join before the end of Feburary.

You get the 1-1 and group coaching sessions, personalised experience and outputs.

Plus you get the benefits of being part of a small peer group, with the chat community for support and networking.

The capability uplift, behaviour change and business impact we consistently measure for our clients is 10x the investment.
